Monster Making in Primary 3
Primary 3 have been learning about Scotland.
Last week the class were set a design problem. They were told that Nessie, the Loch Ness monster, was tired of all the tourists and scientists taking photos of her. She had decided to retire from her monster duties.
Primary 3 were asked to invent a new Scottish monster to replace Nessie. First they designed their monster using annotated drawings, then they constructed a 3D model of their monster from junk materials.
The monsters will soon be ready for viewing!
