Primary 4 visit to Bannockburn Heritage Centre
Primary 4 have been learning about the Scottish Wars of Independence. In order to learn more about the topic, they visited Bannockburn Heritage Centre on Friday 14th May.
They toured the centre, visited the Robert the Bruce Statue and met Sir Thomas Randolph, Earl of Moray, in his full battle equipment. He told the class about the weapons used in the Battle and even showed them some examples.
Primary 4 are now looking forward to visiting Stirling Castle in June.
